How to Check a RERA Registration in Haryana and Rajasthan
Every new project must be registered with the state regulator. In Haryana that is HARERA (haryanarera.gov.in). In Rajasthan, it is the Rajasthan RERA.
Search by project name or registration number. Check four things: the promoter's name, the tower or phase covered, the date of registration and the stated completion date.
If the page shows only an application, or a number that belongs to a neighbouring project, treat it as unregistered until the regulator says otherwise.
